Our tribute to Sierra Nevada Brewing's classic Celebration® captures much of Sierra's magic without its limited seasonal availability. This copper colored ale warms the season.

Possibly the world's most common beer style, true Czech Pilsners have more flavor than the vast majority of their imitators. This crisp, pale lager has the distinct spicy aroma of Saaz hops with a clean malt backing.
Dunkelweizen is German for "dark wheat." Smooth wheat blends well with dark malts to produce a cloudy, light-bodied ale with subtle richness. The Bavarian yeast completes the style with a frothy head and characteristic aroma hinting of cloves or bananas.
Our version is akin to those found in England today: moderate bitterness, generous hop flavor, and temperate alcohol levels. We maintain the full-bodied, IPA character with British hops, firm malt backing, and traditional London yeast.
Extra Special Bitter, commonly known as ESB, represents the best of English bitters. Despite the name they are not very bitter, although tradition records them as more bitter than standard pale ales.
Our Bock is strong, dark, and malty with little hop flavor or bitterness. The California Lager yeast enables warmer temperatures (up to 65°F) while retaining much of the lager character of a good German Bock.
Our lightly colored American version of a Czech Pilsner sets a higher standard for Golden Ales. Unlike many, ours is crisp, clean, and refreshing while maintaining full-bodied, real ale flavor.
Our generous use of pale and crystal malts make this stout a bit more robust than commercial dry Irish stouts. Black, roasty, and dry without being chalky or sour, our stout has plenty of coffee-like richness and the super-thick head you expect.

This British beer classic gets it name from the mild, yet distinctive, nutty flavor of toasted and chocolate malts. Low in bitterness and alcohol, this style remains one of England's favorite "session" beers.
