Our generous use of pale and crystal malts make this stout a bit more robust than commercial dry Irish stouts. Black, roasty, and dry without being chalky or sour, our stout has plenty of coffee-like richness and the super-thick head you expect.

This light, wheat-based thirst-quencher is perfect for summertime. Unlike other "lawnmower" beers, our "clone" of Summer Ale has delicate complexities of citrus and peppery spiciness, while maintaining a clean, refreshing palate.

Each sip of this thick, auburn beer is proceeded by earthy aromas of peated malt and heather. Scottish yeast accents the sweetness of the malt and adds its own subtle smokiness. An excellent candidate for extended cellar-aging.
