Pellet hops are made from freshly dried hops, ground to a powder, and then compressed into pellets.We have more in stock, but here is what we typically have. Due to hop shortages, you must order a minimum of 1lb malt extract or 2lb grain for each oz. hop

High alpha yet often selected for its aromatic qualities and low co-humulone. Reminiscent of Cascade hops, yet distinct: floral and perfume. Good storability.
