Nestled between Switzerland, France, and Germany, the Alsace region is known for some of the world's most impressive white wines. Medium bodied, crisp and steely, this delicious white wine has aromas of juicy apple, white fruits, and the perfume of May blossoms. Wonderfully drinkable, it shows an amazing depth of flavor with minerals, acidity, and structure. While crisply fresh and bright when young, it will develop more of its floral/mineral aromas after six months, and after a year will begin to show honey and citrus notes, and continue to deepen in flavor two years or more.
