Our “Soft Cheeses” class will go over the basics of sanitation, ingredients, and milk selection. The class will provide a sturdy base to build your cheesemaking empire upon. Our courses on hard cheeses and other specialty products will give you the fortitude to make the leap to some of the more difficult but rewarding cheeses.
