B-Brite is a proprietary cleaning agent which uses a form of active oxygen in a carbonate base to clean. It is an excellent agent for cleaning winemaking equipment and barrels, fermenting vessels, etc. Dissolves beerstone and yeast gunk. Chlorine free. Normal dose is 1 tablespoon per gallon of warm water.
