Fruit Purees
Using fruit in beer is fun, blending and pasteurizing the fruit yourself is not. Enter canned fruit puree. No sanitation worries here, these 3lb. 1oz. cans of puree are ready to be pitched into primary or secondary fermenters. Just remember these fruit purees will ferment so give them some time before bottling and be ready for an ABV bump.
