We placed our order for grapes, and we are preparing to place our juice order shortly, so get your orders in ASAP while we still have some extras available. In addition to all of the previously announced varieties, we were able to get 12 cases of Cabernet Franc grapes (not listed on our Web site) that are currently not spoken for. Call with payment information to reserve (first come, first served). They won’t last long! Other varieties are listed on our Web site:

The Twisted Mist Strawberry Margarita and Mojito kits have arrived, and we’re sweetening the deal! These new seasonal kits (which come with labels) will allow you to ferment your very own refreshing summer cocktails. With the purchase of either the Strawberry Margarita or the Mojito, Winexpert is already offering a coupon for $10 OFF any Island Mist kit or a second Twisted Mist kit. Now we are SLASHING 20% OFF our prices on the Twisted Mist kits while supplies last. The coupons will also be available while supplies last, but must be redeemed before July 31. Call now to reserve; don’t miss this incredible deal!

Twisted Mist Strawberry Margarita: now $77.50 (from $96.95) Twisted Mist Mojito: now $70.50 (from $88.50)

We’re calling this our “Intermediate” Cheesemaking class, but it’s also a great class for beginners. We will make feta and cream cheese, while examining the role of starter cultures and the importance of sanitization.

Bethlehem: Tuesday, April 13, 6:30 PM at the Sun Inn
Montgomeryville: Wednesday, April 14, 7:00 PM at Studio M Foods

Classes last about 2 1/2 hours and are always very convivial, with samples of delicious homemade cheese and wine for everyone to try (feel free to bring some of your own!). Stop by or call with payment information, or reserve a spot online now, as space is very limited. $60 per person.

Sign up for our Next Step Brewing class to learn about intermediate brewing techniques using malt extract, specialty grains, fresh hops and liquid yeast. Understanding these ingredients and how to get the most out of them will allow you to make virtually any beer style that exists, and you can even create some of your own! The class includes a live brewing demonstration, and is appropriate for anyone who has brewed at least one batch before. $40 per person.
