Greetings from Keystone Homebrew,

In this email:

“T for 2”
Keystone Contest for Comedic Customers
Last Chance to Order Chocolate Raspberry Port: Saturday, August 1
“Best of Summer” Class on Beer and Food

Now through August 31
No, we’re not offering Earl Grey for couples. “T for 2” is a special promotion that we’re running through the end of August: Buy any two box ingredient kits and get a FREE Keystone t-shirt (select t-shirts only, while supplies last). This is an equal opportunity promotion for brewers and winemakers alike, and applies to any of the box kits we have in stock. You can make both you and your wife (husband, girlfriend, etc.) happy by buying the incredibly refreshing Seville Orange Sangria and the fabulous Estate Series Supertuscan at the same time. Or beat the heat with our new American Wheat beer kit (loaded with lemony Sorachi Ace hops), while your Oktoberfest is fermenting and aging in anticipation of cooler autumn evenings. You can even buy your favorite beer kit, and .cross over. to try your hand at making wine for the first time (or vice-versa). In any case, we’ll send you home with an attractive t-shirt bearing the logo of your favorite homebrew store. So finish reading this email, then make your way to either of our stores while supplies last!

Come up with a creative caption for our 2009 wine season t-shirts, and you could win $10 store credit and a free t-shirt (with your award-winning saying, of course)! All you have to do is send us an email with your suggested wine- or grape-related saying by Saturday, August 8. If we use your saying on our shirts this year, you win! (We do reserve the right not to use any of the submissions.) Here are the phrases we’ve used in the past: “I Got Graped at Keystone Homebrew” (2006), “I’m a Winer” (2007), and “Squeeze My Grapes” (2008). Good luck!

Tomorrow (Saturday) is your last chance to pre-order Winexpert’s fantastic Chocolate Raspberry Port kit. We’ll need a $50 deposit to secure your order . call now!

Tuesday, August 18, 7-9 PM Studio M Foods (a stone’s throw from our Montgomeryville store) If you like beer or food (or both?), then this class is for you! We’re pairing up with our friends at Studio M Foods for a unique cooking class. The food experts at Studio M will prepare a 5 course meal (as a live demonstration), while we provide homebrews to pair with the various courses! You’ll get to sample each course, and we’ll discuss what makes for a good marriage of beer and food. Call Studio M Foods with payment information by Tuesday, August 11 to reserve a spot in the class.

Ferment on!
