UPDATE: FRESH GRAPES
Our first shipment of fresh Malbec grapes will be leaving Chile this week, and should arrive here around the middle of May. The Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Franc are expected to follow shortly thereafter, with the Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere coming in on the last shipment toward the end of May. We still have a few extras of each variety, but we will likely be sold out before they arrive. Don’t wait! Call or order online: http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/index.cfm?pgid=wineorder_2010 Note: The Cabernet Franc is in extremely limited supply, and is not listed on our Web site. Call for details.

SAME GREAT WINEMAKING CLASSES, NEW DATES
Partly in response to the shifting grape arrivals, we have rescheduled some of our upcoming winemaking classes. There are still some spots available for each class, which can be reserved by stopping by or calling our Montgomeryville store with payment information. All of these classes are taught at Studio M Foods in Montgomeryville by Dave Salaba, our most practiced and award-winning U.C. Davis certified winemaker. See page 4 of our spring newsletter for more details about the classes: http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/2010springnews.pdf

Wednesday, May 26, 7PM: Wine and Must Analysis, $125 per person
Wednesday, Jun 16, 7PM: Wine Finishing, $75 per person

KEYSTONE HOPS HOMEBREW CLUB MEETING
Montgomeryville, Thursday, April 15, 7:00 PM
It looks like it will be picturesque spring evening this Thursday, perfect for drinking well-crafted homebrews outside our Montgomeryville store. Everyone is welcome to attend, and we expect a great turnout since we will be conducting a raffle (with an exciting new format) for some more terrific War of the Worts prizes. Grab some of your homebrews and join us if you can!

Ferment on!
