INTERMEDIATE CHEESEMAKING CLASS
We’re calling this our “Intermediate” Cheesemaking class, but it’s also a great class for beginners. We will make feta and cream cheese, while examining the role of starter cultures and the importance of sanitization.

Bethlehem: Tuesday, April 13, 6:30 PM at the Sun Inn
Montgomeryville: Wednesday, April 14, 7:00 PM at Studio M Foods

Classes last about 2 1/2 hours and are always very convivial, with samples of delicious homemade cheese and wine for everyone to try (feel free to bring some of your own!). Stop by or call with payment information, or reserve a spot online now, as space is very limited. $60 per person. http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/Zilron/catalog111_0.html

NEXT STEP BREWING CLASS
Sign up for our Next Step Brewing class to learn about intermediate brewing techniques using malt extract, specialty grains, fresh hops and liquid yeast. Understanding these ingredients and how to get the most out of them will allow you to make virtually any beer style that exists, and you can even create some of your own! The class includes a live brewing demonstration, and is appropriate for anyone who has brewed at least one batch before. $40 per person.

Bethlehem: Tuesday, April 20, 6:30 PM at the Sun Inn
Montgomeryville: Wednesday, April 21, 7:00 PM at Studio M Foods

Call or sign up online (note: we are ONLY offering the Next Step class this month, NOT Introduction to Brewing): http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/Zilron/catalog112_0.html
