CURBSIDE PICK-UP IN BETHLEHEM
Nobody loves their customers as much as we do! If you are in a hurry or just can’t handle the holiday parking mayhem in Bethlehem, we will bring your purchases right to your car. Just place your order by phone or email at least one hour in advance (more for large orders), and let us know approximately what time you plan to pick up. Then call us when you arrive and wait for us behind the Main Street Commons building. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone, or by cash or check when you pick up. Let us know what denominations you have and we will bring your change and receipt.

BASIC CHEESEMAKING
Learn to make incredibly delicious fresh cheeses like Ricotta and Mozzarella.

WINE FINISHING
Learn about malolactic fermentation, oak aging, clearing methods, cold stabilization and other techniques and variables to consider in the process of finishing your wine.
