Lehigh Valley Homebrewers Club Meeting this Tuesday
Order Hop Rhizomes
Mozzarella & Ricotta Cheesemaking Classes

A NEW ERA HAS BEGUN
Come witness the power of our fully armed and operational battlestation in Montgomeryville! We’ve moved to our long-awaited, highly rated, much anticipated promised new location, and Keystone employees are dancing in the aisles as we speak. We have already expanded our product offerings to take advantage of the new space (including more than 100 NEW VARIETIES OF WINE KITS!), and there will be much more to see and be excited about in the coming months. This evening would be a great time to visit us, since you can stay for the monthly Keystone Hops homebrew club meeting (see below). The new Mongtomeryville store is located at 435 Doylestown Road (Route 202), less than a half mile north of 5 Points on 202. NOTE: Our Bethlehem store will remain conveniently located in the Main Street Commons Building, across from the Bethlehem Brew Works.

HOMEBREW CLUB MEETINGS
Keystone Hops (Montgomeryville) Tonight, February 17, 7:00PM at our new store
Lehigh Valley Homebrewers (Bethlehem) Tuesday, February 22, 7:30PM at the Steelgaarden, across from our Bethlehem store
Come share your homebrews with other brewers and beer enthusiasts. Homebrew club meetings are always a lot of fun and a great chance to get feedback. In Montgomeryville, we will be organizing the entries for the War of the Worts XVI homebrew competition, which will be held this Saturday. In Bethlehem, we will be auctioning off the remaining prizes from last year’s Malt Madness homebrew competition. We hope to see you there!

GROW YOUR OWN HOPS
Now is the time to order hop rhizomes to start your own hop garden in the spring. Rhizomes grow rapidly into low-maintenance hop vines (up to 30 feet long!), which can produce up to 2 pounds of hops per year. They sell for $4.95 each, and they typically arrive by early April. We recommend that you order in advance: http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/Zilron/catalog19_0.html

MOZZARELLA & RICOTTA CHEESEMAKING CLASSES
Bethlehem: Tuesday, February 22, 6:30 PM at the Sun Inn
Montgomeryville: Wednesday, February 23, 6:30 PM at our new store
Our cheesemaking classes are the best possible introduction to this great hobby, and there are a few spots remaining in each class. Don’t miss out! Delicious samples will be served. $60 per person.
