BETHLEHEM PARKING OPTIONS
The Bethlehem Parking Authority has temporarily closed the parking deck located behind the Main Street Commons for repairs. If you are coming in from W. Broad Street, there is now parking on the bridge, as well as parking along the rest of W. and E. Broad Street. We also mapped out the most convenient parking decks (locations B and C on the link below) for our customers to use.

To help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, we will be continuing our curbside pick-up, as discussed in our latest newsletter, for orders placed in advance. Please allow for at least 1 hour (or more for large orders) for us to assemble your items. Then just call us when you arrive and wait behind the Main Street Commons for your order and your receipt. If you’re paying cash, be sure to tell us what denominations you have so we can also bring change.

WAR OF THE WORTS PLANNING MEETING
Monday, January 11, 7:00 PM at Iron Hill, North Wales It is time to start planning and preparing for the War of the Worts XV, to ensure that this remains one of the best and most well-organized homebrew competitions anywhere. We’re convening the War Council this Monday, January 11 at 7:00 at the Iron Hill Brewery in North Wales. Keystone Hops members and everyone else interested in helping are encouraged to attend. Please send an email to waroftheworts@keystonehomebrew.com if you can’t attend the meeting, but are still interested in helping us get organized and solicit prizes. http://www.keystonehops.org/wotw/

BASIC CHEESEMAKING CLASSES
Do you like the idea of making your own delicious, super fresh Mozzarella, Ricotta, and other fresh cheeses in as little as an hour? We have some extra spaces in several upcoming Basic Cheesemaking classes that will help you get started in this great hobby. The class will include live demonstrations and samples of both fresh Mozzarella and Ricotta, and will examine the differences between cheeses made using fresh, local raw milk versus pasteurized milk. The class lasts about 2 hours, costs $60, and space is limited, so call us with payment information to reserve a spot now!
