Philly Beer Week starts tomorrow! Our events are listed below, with some changes and new information, so be sure to check them out:
OPENING TAP
Friday, June 4, 7:30 PM at the Independence Visitor Center (6th & Market Streets)
First, the bad news. Although it would be perfectly legal for us to do so, we will not be allowed to serve homebrew at this event thanks to purityrannical ideas and overzealous law enforcement. However, we will have some cool shirts for sale and great coupons to give away, plus it will be a KisE event. In other words, we will give you $5 store credit just for showing up in a Keystone shirt!

SIERRA NEVADA HOMEBREW CUP
So far we have received only a few entries. That means greater odds of winning the Grand Prize, which includes two nights at any Radisson Hotel or Resort worldwide!

Randy Mosher is a highly respected author and expert on beer and brewing. He has taught beer style courses at the Siebel Institute, and has written numerous articles for Zymurgy magazine. He has also written several fantastic books, including the following available at Keystone Homebrew Supply: RADICAL BREWING is both an inspirational guide to creative homebrewing and a fascinating exploration of brewing lore through the ages. TASTING BEER is a lively and detailed examination of brewing, serving, tasting, and pairing food with craft beer. Pick up your copies in time for the book signing!

PHILLY BEER GEEK FINAL ROUND
Thursday, June 10, 7:00 PM at the Manayunk Brewery & Restaurant
Tired of $40 event tickets and $80 beer dinners? Would you like some FREE Philly Beer Week entertainment for a change? Join us for the final round of Philly Beer Geek, the wackiest beer contest anywhere. Contestants will have to prove their superior knowledge and passion for beer through beer trivia, creative antics, a blind tasting, and other challenges. Doors open at 7PM; the competition starts at 8PM.

Rebel homebrewers vs. the commercial beer empire! Award-winning homebrewers will present their clones of legendary commercial beers. They will be served along side each other, and you will be the judge!
