With just a few days left before the event, the agenda is set and we’re able to release some exciting new details. We’re happy to announce the addition of Whitney Scott, from DelVal College, who will talk about the great variety of apple and pear ciders they press for us in the fall. We don’t want to ruin all the surprises, but here is an idea of what you can look forward to:
a variety of tasty wine samples samples of homemade cheeses (which you can learn to make, too) free copy of WineMaker Magazine coupons, drawings and other fun giveaways and of course a chance to learn from some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry!

Here is the agenda for the evening:
6:30 Meet & greet
6:40 Keystone Homebrew Supply (Jason Harris): opening remarks
6:45 DelVal College (Whitney Scott): apple orchards, various cider offerings
7:25 RJ Spagnols (Valerie MacDonald): grape sources, Restricted Quantity wine kit program
8:05 Nova Grapes (Jim Smith) demonstration vineyard in Sonoma, organic Zinfandel grapes
8:45 Winexpert (Tim Vandegrift): Tim as always will amuse us with his “Winexpertise”
9:25 Brehm Vineyards (Peter Brehm): ultra premium grape offerings, 40 year industry perspective
10:05 Keystone Homebrew Supply (Dave Salaba): top techniques to improve your winemaking

With tickets just $20 each (which includes sandwiches), this is probably one of the best values you’ll ever see. There will be time to ask questions of the presenters, mingle with other winemakers, and grab some tasty snacks between presentations, which should all add to the fun factor. Clear your schedule for this Tuesday, and order tickets now!
