WINE TASTING IN BETHLEHEM
Sunday, May 16, 2:00 – 5:00 PM
What fun would a Sunday shopping spree be without an afternoon wine tasting? Luckily, you don’t have to find out. Drop by our Bethlehem store this Sunday between 2 and 5 PM to sample a variety of homemade wines, paired with cheese, crackers and other snacks. Bring a bottle of your own homemade wine to receive a $5 coupon to our store. After all, shopping sprees are always more fun with $5 coupons!

WINE & MUST ANALYSIS CLASS
Wednesday, May 26, 7:00 PM
Do you want to consistently achieve high quality results with your wines? Sign up for our comprehensive Wine & Must Analysis class, which will provide you with all the skills necessary to analyze and adjust your wine. The class will be taught by Dave Salaba at Studio M Foods, near our Montgomeryville store. $125 per person. We will need payment in advance to reserve your spot. http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/Zilron/catalog106_0.html

WINE FINISHING CLASS
Wednesday, June 16, 7:00 PM
Join certified winemaker Dave Salaba as he explores the vast number of choices home winemakers face when finishing a wine and preparing for bottling. Topics include malolactic fermentation, chromatography, the use of sulfites, oak alternatives, clearing methods, blending techniques and more. The class will be held at Studio M Foods, near our Montgomeryville store. We will need payment in advance ($75 per person) to reserve your spot. http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/Zilron/catalog106_0.html

GRAPES & JUICE UPDATE
It looks like all the varieties of Chilean grapes will be arriving in Montgomeryville at the same time, around the middle of next week. Of course if you’ve already placed an order, we will call you as soon as we receive the grapes. If not, there are still a few extras available to order, but quantities are VERY limited. For those of you who don’t enjoy playing with skins and seeds and wine presses, we do have some available grape juice in stock now, but hurry! We expect most juice varieties to be sold out by the end of this weekend. We will need a deposit to reserve any juice or grapes. Order by phone or online: http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/index.cfm?pgid=wineorder_2010

Ferment on!
