MONTGOMERYVILLE BOURBON BARREL BREW PICKUP
For those of you who joined us for the Bourbon Barrel Brew last month, this Sunday (November 15) we will be transferring the beer into your secondary fermenters. That means we need your fermenters! Drop off a sanitized corny keg, carboy, or other vessel(s) for your beer by this Saturday, November 14. Your fermenters should be marked accurately for volume so that we can fill them appropriately. If they are not marked, we will be extracting a yet-to-be-determined amount as a .Transfer Tax. – you’ve been warned! We will start racking on Sunday morning, and we will call everyone when the beer is ready for pickup.

BETHLEHEM BIG BREW
Saturday, November 14
Join the Lehigh Valley Homebrewers this Saturday for a Big Brew at Chris Becker’s family’s farm, where you can brew together with other homebrewers while comparing set-ups and techniques. We will have a propane grill available for cooking, and Keystone Homebrew will provide hot dogs and hamburgers. You can start setting up as early as 8 AM, and all-grain brewers must mash in by 10 AM. Call our Bethlehem store for more details, including directions to the farm. Be sure to bring your own propane burner for brewing, and of course some homebrew!

GRANNY SMITH AND ASIAN PEAR CIDERS ARE HERE!
We just received the most recent installment of fresh cider from DelVal at both of our locations. If you’ve pre-ordered either of these varieties, they are available for pickup now. If not, we do have a limited supply of extras. Granny Smith apple cider, a wonderfully tart variety, sells for $5.50 per gallon. Asian Pear cider, available for the first time this year, sells for $7.00 per gallon. Future pressings: Winesap, Grower Choice Blend, Holiday Blend Call us or order online: http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/index.cfm?pgid=ciderorder

BREHM VINEYARDS — LAST CHANCE!
Brehm Vineyards offers a fantastic selection of premium frozen grapes (red) and juice (white) from first-class West Coast vineyards, and the only way to get some is to pre-order by this coming Wednesday, November 18. Check out Brehm’s Web site (www.brehmvineyards.com) for current availability and more information about the grapes, then call us or order online at http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/Zilron/catalog109_0.html. We’ll need a $50 deposit per bucket at the time you place your order. The grapes will be available for pick-up in either Montgomeryville or Bethlehem, or they can be shipped.

KEYSTONE HOPS MEETING Montgomeryville, Thursday, November 19, 7 PM Join us for the upcoming Keystone Hops homebrew club meeting next Thursday.
