Greetings from Keystone Homebrew,

In this email:
Brehm Vineyards Order Deadline: Wednesday, November 18 (Tomorrow!) Deadline for First Two RQ Wine Kits: Sunday, November 29 Deadline for Winesap & Grower’s Choice: Wednesday, November 25 Homebrew Club Meetings

BREHM VINEYARDS — ONE MORE DAY TO ORDER
Tomorrow (Wednesday, November 18) is your final opportunity to order premier grapes or juice from Brehm Vineyards. Check out Brehm’s Web site (www.brehmvineyards.com) for current availability and more information about the grapes, then call us or order online at http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/Zilron/catalog109_0.html. We’ll need a $50 deposit per bucket at the time you place your order. The grapes will be available in early December; you can choose to pick up in either Montgomeryville or Bethlehem, or they can be shipped to your door.

GERMAN EHRENFELSER AND ARGENTINIAN MALBEC/SYRAH
The deadline is approaching for two of RJ Spagnols Restricted Quantity (“RQ”) Wine Kits. The Ehrenfelser (white) is a cross between Riesling and Silvaner, with peach and tropical aromatics and a pleasant, lingering off-dry finish. The Malbec/Syrah (red) is full-bodied and approachable, with hints of cherries and black currant giving way to dark, rich notes of coffee, tobacco and licorice. By purchasing multiple RQ kits and/or Winexpert’s Limited Edition wine kits you can earn volume discounts, but for these two wines to qualify, you must pre-order them by Sunday, November 29! We’ll need a $50 deposit at the time of your order. Much more information is available on our Web site, and you can place your order online: http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/index.cfm?pgid=winekit2010

GROWER’S CHOICE BLEND & WINESAP APPLE CIDERS
So far the 2009 Delval ciders have been a huge hit. The Grower’s Choice Blend will be specially formulated to produce a delicious, well balanced cider with great aromatics. Winesap is a varietal that is most often described as tart and .wine-like., which to us sounds perfect for making hard cider! To reserve either variety, call us or order online (http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/index.cfm?pgid=ciderorder) by Wednesday, November 25. Available in Montgomeryville or Bethlehem.

HOMEBREW CLUB MEETINGS
Montgomeryville, Thursday, November 19, 7 PM
We’ll begin planning for the 2010 War of the Worts so join us if you can! Bethlehem, Tuesday, November 24, 7:30 PM
Held at the Steelgaarden (across from our Bethlehem store) Come to one of these upcoming club meetings to meet other homebrewers and sample their creations.

Ferment on!
