BETHLEHEM HARVEST FEST
Saturday, October 9
This is a reminder that we will be at the Bethlehem Harvest Fest this afternoon, offering you a chance to stomp on fresh grapes and sample some homemade wines, or you can drink beer with The Lehigh Valley Homebrewers. There will also be food, music and other entertainment. There is no entrance fee into the festival, but you can purchase tickets at the event for unlimited beer and wine samples ($25 each).

FRESH JUICE AND GRAPES AVAILABLE IN MONTGOMERYVILLE
We are nearly sold out of grapes, but we have 4 cases of Sangiovese still available for the first person to respond (reserve with payment or come in to the Montgomeryville store). On the other hand, we do have a terrific selection of juice in stock now! Call to find out which varieties are available, or stop by the store. All juice will now be sold on a first come, first served basis! We are still taking orders for Italian juices and premium grapes (look for an email update very soon).

CHEESEMAKING CLASS
Bethlehem: Tuesday, October 12, 6:30 PM at the Sun Inn
Montgomeryville: Wednesday, October 27, 6:30 PM at Studio M Foods
Watch and learn how easy it is to make great-tasting Feta, Fromage Blanc (a type of cream cheese) and other cheeses starting with your very first batch. Each 2-hour class includes live demonstrations and delicious samples, and will examine the role of starter cultures in cheesemaking. Sign up by pone or online. We will need payment in advance ($60 per person) to reserve your spot; these classes usually sell out.
