Grains

We offer two ways to order your grains – Pre-Packaged Grains or Recipe Grains. Below you will find information about each option so that you can pick the best one for your particular brewing situation.

Pre-Packaged – Exactly like the name implies, these grains have been packaged in 1 lb bags, or full sacks (ranging from 50-55 lbs depending on the grain). There is no option to have these grains milled, so you will need to crush them yourself before mashing/steeping.

Recipe Grains* – Recipe Grains allow you full control and convenience as a brewer. With Recipe Grains, you have the ability to order in whatever increment you like – down to 1/16 of a pound – and have them milled at no additional cost if you so desire. In addition, you have the option to have your Recipe Grains bagged separately or combined into various batches (up to 10). So you can order the exact amount of various grains you need for each recipes and have them milled and bagged together – all you have to do is open the bag and empty it into your mash tun!
