Lab Analysis: pH Reading, Tier 1


pH is a measure of the strength of acids and affects the chemical stability of the juice and wine. The pH of grape juice and wine are generally in the range of 3.0 to 4.0 and should ideally be measured along with total titratable acidity (TA). For our Tier 1 test, we use a Hanna 902 Titrator.

FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT FOR EACH SAMPLE. A response is needed for each bold type field.
