Wildflower honey is thicker, darker, more complex, and varies a lot from year to year, and apiary to apiary. New Jersey is home to a rich variety of flowering plants from which bees collect pollen, to make this vitamin-rich variety. Mead-makers and brewers alike embrace wild honey for their meads and beer.
We carry honey from several sources, including Ziegler’s, Sandt’s, and Fruitwood Orchards. The 1 lb., 2 lb., 5 lb., and 1 gallon sizes are packaged in glass or plastic jars. We choose plastic, when available, for safer shipping. If you have a strong preference for glass or plastic, please let us know.
