All liquid yeast being shipped includes a complementary ice pack per shipping order when temperatures are above 50F. Although we cannot guarantee that the ice packs will stay cold during shipping, we highly recommend the addition of an insulated mailer. A super-fast fermenting yeast strain with a neutral profile. This low ester-producing yeast is best suited to a wide range of styles. Similar to WLP001, but much faster.
