FRESH GRAPES AND JUICE: THEY’RE HERE!
Our first shipment of fresh winemaking grapes and juice from California has arrived at our Montgomeryville store. If you reserved grapes or juice for pick-up during the first week (9/17 to 9/22), you can pick up your order at your earliest convenience. If you haven’t ordered yet, call now or stop by soon because availability is limited for many varieties. Remember: if you plan to have us crush your grapes here, please come at least ONE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME. And don’t forget to bring buckets or your coupons from the newsletter! We are still taking orders by phone and online for all three shipments:

KEYSTONE HOPS HOMEBREW CLUB MEETING **TONIGHT**
7PM Don’t forget: tonight is the third Thursday of the month, which means the Keystone Hops will be meeting in Montgomeryville. Everyone is welcome to attend. We have a tent set up behind the store, and we will be sharing a lot of great homebrews!

ORDER FRESH CIDER TODAY
Great blends from 2 great sources!
We are once again offering a staggering selection of fresh cider varietals and blends from DelVal College and exciting. Our customers have enjoyed creating their own custom blends and fermenting these quality ciders for the past few years, and it looks like it will be another great crop this fall. We are also offering two different blends of fresh English style cider from Poverty Lane Orchards in New Hampshire for the first time. This should be a real treat for all of you fans of traditional English cider, since these blends will be comprised of both bittersweet and bitter tart apple varieties that are perfect for European cider styles.

WINEMAKING CLASSES
To master both the art and the science of winemaking, you need an understanding of modern winemaking techniques, as well as an appreciation of the factors that can affect your wine during fermentation and aging. We offer three different winemaking classes that will provide you with a solid educational foundation and the confidence you need to consistently produce first class wines. For more information about each class, and to sign up online, visit our website:

CHEESEMAKING CLASSES
We offer two great cheesemaking classes that focus on different cheese styles and techniques. Both classes will show you how easy it can be for you to make delicious fresh cheeses at home. The atmosphere is social and fun, and the classes include samples of homemade cheeses and wine. Our next class is a Mozzarella and Ricotta class this coming Tuesday, September 21 in Montgomeryville.
