NOTTINGHAM YEAST RECALLED
We also wanted to inform you that there has been a recall of select Nottingham yeast by Lallemand. This applies only to yeast from lot# 1081140118V with an expiration date of January 2011. While the majority of yeast from this lot were apparently unaffected, a portion of them have exhibited relatively slow fermentations, and Lallemand is recalling them all to avoid any issues. Please return any Nottingham yeast you have from this lot (you can view the lot # on the back of the packet, above the bar code) to either of our stores by Friday, September 11 so that we can provide you with a replacement yeast or full credit. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

We were misinformed about the imminent arrival of Whiskey Barrels. We are still working on obtaining some so we will get back to you soon with arrival date and price.
