facility, this base malts provide an ideal foundation upon which to build any
beer.
Most commonly used in juicy or hazy IPAs, NEIPAs, stouts and porters. Lends a silkiness and creamy texture as well as promotes foam development and foam
stability.
MCM Oat Malt is used to develop haze in many styles, mainly New England IPAs. Itimparts soft earthy, grainy flavors and creates a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Recommended usage rate of less than 30%
