A variety of sugars can be used in the beer brewing and winemaking process. And we try to carry them all. From Belgian Candi (Candy) sugar from Light (Clear) to Dark and both liquid and dry, to rice syrup and rice syrup solids, to priming sugar and corn sugar and black strap molasses. Lactose milk sugar and carbonation drops and tabs, malto dextrin and raw sugar are also available. I’m getting jittery just thinking about these.
