Pure Grapefruit is made from Florida Grapefruit Oil. This extract can be used in most alcoholic beverages applications including beer, cider, hard seltzer, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
