Pure Key Lime Type Extract, Natural can be used in a wide range of alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. In lower proof applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to taste. This extract is not completely water soluble and can result in a slight haze.
