Pure Lavender Extract, Natural can be used in beer, cider, wine and spirits. Related to mint, lavender’s herbal flavor compliments many styles of beer and wine. In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In high proof spirits start at 0.50%.
