Pure Lemon Extract, Natural has a fresh lemon juice profile, which pairs well with alcoholic beverages. We recommend a starting use level of 0.20% in beer, cider and wine. In high proof spirits start at 0.50% and adjust until desired impact is achieved. This TTB approved extract is designed to be water dispersible and will result in a slight haze in most beverage applications.
