Pure Tangerine Extract can be used in beer, cider, wine and spirits to impart a fresh juicy tangerine flavor. This flavor, however, does not cut clear and will result in cloudiness or haziness. When used in beverages we typically recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30%.
