As a former wine analyst and instructor at Stone and Key Cellars, he has played a pivotal role in mentoring aspiring winemakers, including those working with wine kits by providing expert guidance on both foundational principles and advanced techniques. Holding a doctorate in Analytical Chemistry, Joe integrates his scientific acumen with a passion for education, offering professional instruction and consulting services that elevate the quality and understanding of the winemaking process.
