There is no substitute for a good education! Our classes will help you get the most out of your hobby, and they make terrific gifts for friends and family members. We have frequent, year-round classes for beginning brewers, wine makers and cheese makers. We also offer intermediate and advanced classes, and unique classes from time to time covering various related topics.
