Do you love sour beers? Do you want to know what makes them sour and explore the depth of all the different styles? We still have space in our Sour Power Brewing class tomorrow at 1:00PM. Our intrepid sour guru Aaron will guide you through the strains of yeast and bacteria that are the cornerstone of sour beers, along with the ingredients and brewing techniques. During the class, Aaron will conduct a tutored tasting of many sour beers that he brewed himself, along with rare and vintage sour beers from commercial breweries like New Belgium, Deschutes, Lindemans, Russian River, and Rodenbach. The tasting alone is worth the price of admission! $75 per person.
