You can get the fermentation started in minutes, and you can bottle your finished wine in as little as 4 weeks! WINE FINISHING CLASS

Are you an experienced winemaker who would like to learn more about the art of ageing and preparing your wine for bottling? Join us for this terrific class examining malolactic fermentation, the use of SO2, oak as an aging component, oxidation and reduction impacts, wine clarification, blending and much more. Advanced instruction for just $75 per person.
NEXT STEP BREWING CLASS

If you have brewed some basic extract kits and you are ready to take the next step in homebrewing, then sign up now for our Next Step Brewing class. We will examine various beer ingredients and how they influence the final flavors in your beer. We will brew up one of our famous Keystone beer kits, which use extract with specialty grains, fresh hops, and liquid yeast. We will also taste and discuss some homebrews, so be sure to bring some if you would like some feedback! $40 per person.
ALL GRAIN BREWING CLASS

Would you like to learn to brew from basic ingredients the way the pros do? Do you want complete flexibility to make any kind of beer in the world, customized to your personal tastes? Are you obsessed with homebrewing, and looking to find ways for it to consume even more of your free time? Then we have the class for you! Our all grain brewing class will cover the equipment, ingredients and processes involved. The class will run until about 3:00PM, and includes lunch. $75 per person.
