Native to the cooler regions of North America, few fruits are identified with fall in the United States as much as cranberries. Cranberry Natural Flavor Blend captures the tart, fruity character of the berries. It can be used in a wide range of alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine, seltzer and spirits. In most applications, we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In high proof spirits start at 0.50%.
