Our Watermelon Type, Natural Flavor Blend smells and tastes like you just cut into a fresh, ripe watermelon. This flavor was developed for use in beer, wine and spirits. TTB approved, we recommend a starting use level of 0.05% to 0.30% in most beverage applications. In beer start at 0.05% and adjust to taste.
