A recently developed triploid aroma hop derived from Hallertauer Mittelfruh. Reputed to have a much spicier flavor than its German ancestor reminiscent of cinnamon, pepper, and nutmeg.
Alpha Acids: 2.8 — 6%
Possible Substitutions: Mt. Hood, Strisselspalt, Liberty, Hallertau
Typical Beer Styles: Lager, Kölsch, ESB, Pilsner, IPA, Pale Ale & Belgian Ales
