Instead of stripping flavors to give clean spirit like the T500 reflux column, this dome top when paired with the Alembic Condenser retains and enhances flavors. The large copper surface area acts as a catalyst with the vapor and concentrates the flavors and aromas and removes sulphur compounds.
Best used with the Still Spirits T500 Boiler and Alembic Condenser.
