ORDER DEADLINES: OLIVES, PEAR BLEND CIDER, HEIRLOOM APPLE CIDER
We are still taking orders for our first two batches of fresh cider this season: the Pear Blend from the Scott Berry Orchard and the first Heirloom Apple Blend from Fruit Valley. We are also taking last-minute orders for fresh olives. If you get your orders in to us by Monday morning, September 19, we will be sure to get you what you want. After that, we’ll keep taking orders while supplies last. The next cider deadline is approaching, too – Thursday, September 22 for the Golden Delicious.

MOZZARELLA & SOFT CHEESES CLASS
Montgomeryville: Monday, September 19, 6PM
We’ve expanded our Mozzarella cheesemaking class to include soft cheeses and other dairy products, such as yogurt, creme fraiche, sour cream and fromagina. There is still room in our Montgomeryville class; $65 per person.

It addition to a wide variety of grape juices, we have a limited amount of the following fresh grapes in stock now for fast-acting vintners! Call or stop by; we will have our crusher/destemmer operating every day, while supplies last.
