WAR OF THE WORTS HOMEBREW COMPETITION Saturday, February 21
It’s the Superbowl of Homebrew Competitions. The Heavyweight title bout. Or the Oscars, if you’re not into the whole sports scene. In other words, it’s the biggest, baddest homebrew contest around, and it’s almost here! The 14th Annual War of the Worts will be held Saturday, February 21st. Everyone is invited to the awards ceremony, starting at 5:00 PM at the Iron Hill Brewery in North Wales (judging will take place at a different location; judges see below). Aside from fame and fantastic prizes, you.ll receive thoughtful feedback on your homemade beer and mead from BJCP-certified beer judges. Both Keystone Homebrew Supply locations will be accepting entries between Saturday, January 24 and Saturday, February 7. The War of the Worts is a qualifying competition for the Keystone Cup, the ultimate competition among homebrew clubs (check out this link for more info: http://www.keystonehomebrew.com/index.cfm?pgid=events). More details about the WOTW, including entry forms, are available on the Keystone Hops Homebrew Club.s Web site: http://www.keystonehops.org Any questions or other competition communications should be directed to waroftheworts@keystonehomebrew.com
