FRESH APPLE CIDER
We just received our 2nd shipment of Heirloom Apple Cider from Fruit Valley Orchards. If you pre-ordered some, then you can pick it up in Montgomeryville as soon as you are ready. It will be available in Bethlehem shortly (probably by Tuesday, but we will call to confirm). We do not have any extra of the heirloom blend, but we do have one final shipment of fresh cider coming from Solebury Orchards. We will be taking orders up until November 27, or while supplies last, and the cider should arrive around December 9. Don’t delay!

WINE APPRECIATION CLASS: FRENCH WINES
Montgomeryville: Tuesday, Nov 22, 6:30PM
If you like the idea of a crowded airplane, heavy luggage, overpriced hotels, and the opportunity to be scorned in a foreign country as you struggle mightily with the language barrier, then skip this class and book a tour of vineyards throughout France. Au contraire, let Robert Peters and Rich Unti, veteran wine instructors from the Main Line and phillywine.com, transport you there magically through the wonderful world of wine appreciation. For just $50, you will learn how France encompasses some of the most revered winemaking regions in the world (Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, etc.), and you will taste some of the incomparable wines they produce. Robert and Rich will explain the impact of “terroir” and the “Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée” wine classification system, and will give you a better understanding and enhanced appreciation of French wine. C’est magnifique!
